Especially when there is a lot of fear around us, a lot to be worried about, and it's hard to see the woods for the trees, our thoughts can drive us a little crazy.
If you've ever tried meditating - or even falling back to sleep at 3am! - you'll know what I mean.
Those out-of-control negative thought spirals, where you go over and over all the concerns, problems and worst-case-scenarios you're currently trapped in.
And those thoughts are energy. They don't just sit there. THEY AFFECT EVERYTHING!!!

Which can be disastrous!
But which is actually good news. Because if we can control our thoughts, we can get different results.
Simple but not easy!
The first step is arguably the hardest... in order to control your thoughts you have to NOTICE your thoughts.
But, as we all know, they can be very slippery and slide right out of your mind before you're even aware of them.
One way to get past that is to VOICE THEM OUT LOUD!
