One of the things I love about working online is how relaxed people often feel in their own space. There's no travelling, no waiting rooms and no rushing to get somewhere. You simply arrive with a cup of tea, log into Zoom, and we begin.

Because you're already somewhere familiar, people often settle more quickly, making it easier to focus on what really matters.

Your location isn’t a constraint. You can schedule your sessions at practical times - across all major time zones.

Online, we keep things simple and direct.

You book a session. We focus on what feels most important right now. You make meaningful progress.

How It Works

Before YOUR SESSION

Once you've booked, I'll ask you to complete a short Client Intake Form. It's simply a way for me to understand what you'd like to change before we meet.

You don't need to prepare a speech or analyse yourself (unless you want to!) Just point me in the right direction.

Once I have that, we’ll be ready to begin.

When our session starts, we’ll take a few minutes to settle in and talk things through. You’ll describe what’s important to you, and we'll spend the first few minutes talking things through together. I'll ask questions, listen carefully, and help us find the best place to begin.

From there, we settle on a clear direction for the session.


During your Session

We follow whatever naturally unfolds. Sometimes we'll focus on a current situation. Sometimes an older experience helps explain why the same pattern keeps repeating.

We'll use EFT tapping throughout to calm the nervous system while uncovering what's underneath.

There's nothing you have to get right. You don't need to force insights or say the perfect thing. My role is to guide the process while you simply stay curious about what comes up.


After your Session

Most people finish feeling lighter, calmer and much clearer about whatever brought them to the session.

Sometimes there's an immediate shift. Sometimes the changes unfold over the following days as your mind and nervous system continue integrating the work we've done together.

Before we finish, we'll pause to reflect on what you've experienced and discuss any next steps, if they're needed.

You'll also have the benefit of a recording of our session so that you can go back, listen to our conversation, repeat the tapping, and allow more healing and clearing to take place.

For many people, one session is enough to create meaningful change. Others decide they'd like to continue exploring together. We'll simply decide what's right for you when the time comes - there's never any pressure.

How to Book

Arranging your personal online tapping session takes just a few moments.

Book one-to-one sessions
  • Choose a date and time that suits you. Sessions normally run for 60 minutes - please be there on time so we can make the most of our session.
  • As part of the booking process, you’ll be asked to complete a short Client Intake Form. This gives me the information I need to prepare properly and shape the session around what you’ve shared.
  • Once that’s done, you’ll complete your booking, including consent, and secure payment via Stripe (all major cards accepted), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal.
  • After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Zoom link and session details.

Everything is handled securely, privately, and with care.
