When thinking becomes too much

Overthinking isn’t a flaw - it’s often a sign that you're smart, caring, and responsible.

But when your mind never quite switches off, it can leave you feeling tense, doubtful, and emotionally drained.

Do you find yourself:

• Replaying conversations or decisions long after they’ve passed?
• Second-guessing yourself after you’ve already made a decision?
• Feeling a low hum of anxiety, sadness, or self-criticism?
• Struggling to feel settled, even when nothing is obviously 'wrong'?

 

This workshop gently but firmly addresses what’s underneath the overthinking - not by forcing your mind to stop, but by allowing your nervous system to feel safer and calmer.

What this workshop will help you with

During our 90 minutes together, you’ll get to:

• Feel calmer and more confident in your choices
• Reduce second-guessing and mental looping or stewing
• Process the fear, self-doubt, or sadness that often fuels overthinking
• Rebuild a sense of self-trust and inner certainty
• Leave with practical tools you can use in everyday life

We’ll use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping to help you to increase clarity, confidence, and emotional ease.

No previous experience with EFT is needed, I'll be there guiding you every step of the way.

What we’ll do together

This is a small, supportive group workshop that’s both practical and experiential.

• Guided EFT tapping focused on overthinking feelings, patterns and behaviours
• Clear explanations of why overthinking happens and how to overcome it
• Space to go inside and reflect quietly and/or share all you like (with no pressure)
• A pace that respects your nervous system (while kicking your overthinking butt!)
