Q: Where do the sessions take place?
Online, by Skype or Zoom, or on the phone using Free Conference Call. I work with clients all over the world - my online scheduler takes care of the time differences (just put in your time zone as you set up your appointment).
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: As many as you want or feel you need. Set up a free Clarity/Initial Consultation with me and I'll give you my best recommendation for your situation. And we'll keep it under review as we work together.
Q: How does a coaching session go?
A: Before we start working together a free Clarity call will help you decide what you would like to achieve. Alternatively I will email you a form with questions to help you get really clear.
Then we have our coaching call via Skype, Zoom or on the phone (Free Conference Call).
After the coaching call I will send you the recording of the call, a reminder of any 'homework' I have set you, tapping suggestions, or even scripts, and you can email me with other questions or thoughts that might have come up in our work together.
Q: Is there anything we won't address in these coaching sessions?
A: I am not a trained medical health practitioner, so we won't be discussing any serious medical issues, for example: chronic disease, clinical depression, PTSD.
If anything very serious comes up, I will recommend you to seek help from the appropriate health professional.
Q: Do I need to prepare for our sessions?
A: Before we start our sessions we will have had an initial call so I will know what your situation is - and you will have got much clearer about how I can help you. I will then send you an intake form for you to fill out and sign.
Then before each consecutive session it is helpful for you to think about what you would like to discuss (as well as doing any 'homework' that I suggest)
As a 'Tapping into Wealth' client we will have done a free Clarity call together to determine how we are going to work together. In between calls I will suggest 'homework' for you to do to make the most of our time together.
Q: What I if have extra questions about the session?
A: After each coaching session you will have email access to me to discuss any other questions or thoughts you that might have come up for you in our work together.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Under EU law, you are entitled to a refund, no questions asked, for 14 days from the date of purchasing my coaching services, provided we haven't started our sessions.
